A Note From The Publisher:

I flipped on the television, the six o'clock blues was on.. .oh, excuse me, news! Starvation, murder, persecution, disease and impending financial collapse. Bad guys winning. Just the kind of "educational" programming to accompany fine dining. "Here's all the bad news that you have a right to hear, but first a word from our wealthy sponsor who pays us to dig up this garbage because he knows you'd rather watch bad news than the Discovery channel."

Boy, do we know how to trash a planet or what! I need more pointless recyclables. We're exploring wild out of control irresponsibility now, yes? Pass the irradiated strawberries, please. Is there anymore milk substitute?

So, is it getting closer now? -- that awakening suspicion that things may have gone just a bit bizarre with the world. Well, keep your head down, think good thoughts and do whatever good you can, Avatar is coming!
